*Observations: -This project requires that the extruder of your S1 Plus be original without modifications that affect lateral movement due to the limited space. -This project does not affect the original print area, which continues to be 300x300x300mm. -This upgrade is intended only for the Ender 3 S1 Plus, not for other S1 models. As every owner of an Ender 3 S1 Plus knows, it is a printer with a very high and unstable gantry, which causes vibrations and print lines. As there was no Pull Rod kit available for sale, I decided to create my own Below is a list of materials and instructions. Materials: 6x domed head screw M5x10mm 4x domed head screw M5x12mmm 3x hex nut M4 10x hammer nut M5 8x flat washer (M8) 5/16 (maximum outer diameter 20mm) 8x hex nut M8 2x threaded rod (M8) 5/16x565mm Instructions: -On the upper supports, it is necessary to remove the plastic cover of the 20x20 profile (photo). -For fixing the upper supports, it is necessary to insert the hammer nut as shown in the photo, as there is no space for it to be threaded onto the screw. -There are two versions of the lower display support, V1 and V2. V1 keeps the display at the same angle as the original, but farther from the printer. V2 uses a more inclined angle but is closer to the printer. Choose which one is best for your use. -The display uses the original support and screws in the assembly (photo), along with the addition of 3 M4 nuts. -In the (photos), I show the location of each of the remaining screws.
