WF 63824CP 6-3/8" x 24" Convoluted Poly Wafer Brushes for Street Sweepers, 25/Carton. 6-3/8" inside diameter, 24" outside diameter brush section (wafer). The convoluted poly wafers are wavy in appearance, have two mounting pins, and do not require the use of metal spacers. These mount 90 or 120 degrees to the next brush, depending on your wafer rack. Commonly used on many John Deere (246 60", BR60, BP72, BR72, BP84, BR84 - P/N PT12749AM), Lay-Mor (Sweepmaster 200, 300 and others), Kubota (BX2814 60" Rotary Broom, V5266 66" Rotary Broom), MB (Cub), New Holland, Sweepster, Terramite (TSS36, TSS38, TSS46, TSS48), Broce (BW260), QuickAttach Quick Sweep Mini, and Case model sweepers. Many of these sweeper manufactruers have multiple options on sweeper wafer sizes. Please measure your inside diameter before ordering. These are flat nested in the carton. The carton dimensions are 26 x 26 x 21"h and weigh in at 60 lbs. per carton of 25. Poly brushes are safe on most surfaces including turf. These can be mixed with wire for a more aggressive brush. An 8' (96") brush would take a total of 49 wafers. For the Lay-Mor 8C, use all poly (9104405 / 10354545) or for a poly/wire mix (9103151), use 25 poly and 24 wire wafers.
