This tape features a 0.5 mil polyester film carrier which delivers excellent handling during processing such as slitting, die-cutting and laminating. About Adhesive 300SLE 3M High Strength Acrylic Adhesive 300LSE is an acrylic adhesive designed to provide very high bond strength to most surfaces, including a wide variety of similar and dissimilar materials. This includes most plastics, metals, glass, papers and painted surfaces. It features good chemical, solvent, moisture and humidity resistance. This adhesive can perform at temperatures ranging up to 300°F/148°C. About Adhesive 300MP 3M Adhesive 300MP bonds to a variety of substrates including foams and high surface energy (HSE) and low surface energy (LSE) plastics. This high-tack acrylic adhesive system features high initial adhesion and excellent humidity, water, solvent, chemical and UV resistance.  This acrylic adhesive has been tested to ASTM procedures for peel adhesion, shear strength, moisture stability and resistance to humidity and UV. It resists short term temperatures of up to 250°F/121°C., and the applied adhesive performs well in temperatures as low as -40°F/C. About Double Coated Tapes In general, double coated tape is composed of a paper, film or tissue carrier that is coated on both sides with pressure sensitive adhesive. The adhesive is protected by a peel-away liner that can be removed at the time of application or left in place until the joining surfaces are ready to be attached.
