A uniquely Australian olive first planted along the Torrens River, not far from Adelaide, by famous winemaker Thomas Hardy, founder of Hardy Wines. A lovely large sweet green olive suitable for preserving for the table. The fruit, while all olive, has an almost tropical backnote, like guava and passionfruit, but with plenty of meat for your antipasto platter. Can be slow to fruit, with some waiting up to 7 years, but it is well worth the wait.
