Been playing TOTK smooth with a RAM overclock. I have a v1 switch I've been using for the last 7 years, wondering what is TOO hot? Is thermal paste replacement worth it?

Hot Spot temperature was out of control on my 5 weeks old RX 6950 XT Red Devil so I decided to repaste it instead of slow RMA process. Hot spot temperature dropped by 15-20C degrees with Arctic MX-6. Edge temperature seems to be the same though
