Additionally, the stethoscope comes with a special procedures adaptor for difficult site or pediatric auscultation. Other features include a patient-friendly nonchill rim and diaphragm, excellent acoustic seal and comfortable fit with patented 3M Littmann Snap Tight softsealing eartips, and a comfortably angled, anatomically correct headset.

The single-sided chestpiece is made of solid stainless steel. A simple pressure on the chestpiece allows the user to alternate between between low- and high-frequency sounds ( dual-frequency diaphragm).
Non-chill ring, rotatable ear tubes, dual lumen tubing helps to eliminate noise artefact, snap-tight soft-sealing ear tips.
