The Tennessee Titans fan base is collectively holding its breath after second-year receiver Treylon Burks was carted off the field during Wednesday’s joint practice with the Minnesota Vikings at the TCO Performance Center. Burks appeared to tweak his knee on a deep pass over the middle during 7-on-7 drills. He left his feet momentarily to haul in a pass just above his head and appeared to have landed awkwardly on his left knee as he returned to the turf. NFL Network's Ian Rapport reported that Burks suffered an LCL sprain and is expected to miss only a few weeks, which is good news for the Titans considering they could have been looking at a meniscal or ACL tear that may have been season-ending.
